The Antis Township personnel committee members are appointed by the Board of Supervisors annually for one-year appointments. The function of the Personnel Committee is to work closely with the Township Manager to administer the Townships personnel policies.
COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Requests for changes in job descriptions or for the establishment of new positions are brought to the Committee for its approval and subsequent Board action. Changes in rates of pay for Township employees who are not covered by collective bargaining agreements are recommended yearly, and voted on at the Annual Board Meeting in January.
